An inspiring meeting location is essential to the success of your (multi-day) meeting. Hosting your meeting or event in Camperduin provides the ideal basis for an energetic and creative gathering, where participants can not only be productive, but also have the space to relax and exercise.
Strandhotel Camperduin, located on the edge of the Schoorl Dunes, the polder and the sea, together with beach restaurant Struin and Laguna Beach, offers a unique environment for groups from five to three hundred people. Thanks to our diverse locations on the beach and dunes, we can put together a customized program that allows for both serious discussions and active moments.
At Strandhotel Camperduin we have all the facilities needed for a successful event: modern meeting rooms with stunning views, fast wifi and excellent catering, taking into account all dietary requirements and allergies. In addition, we offer various team activities, such as Expedition Robinson, Fatmaxxing, yoga or rafting, with which you can create a challenging program. You can also rent mountain bikes to explore Schoorl' s mountain bike trail .

For larger presentations and events, we offer the ability to completely convert Beach Restaurant Struin for gatherings of up to 350 people. These meetings can be organized in combination with breakfast, lunch, activities, dinner and/or party.

Good food and drink is essential for a successful event, and at beach restaurant Struin, catering is in good hands.
Whether it's an à la carte lunch for 5, a BBQ or buffet for 100, or a walking dinner with various food stands for 300, our kitchen offers many options.
All options can be ordered fully vegetarian, and we accommodate dietary needs and allergies.

Movement in the outdoors is the perfect break during an intensive day of meetings. With our colleagues from De Jongens uit Schoorl , you can find challenging team building activities, such as Expedition Robinson, the Viking Games, Fatmaxxing or powerkiting.
For relaxation, we offer yoga or breathing sessions guided by Anke & Inez. In addition, together with Greenspiration we organize informative sessions on vitality in the workplace, such as nutrition, chair yoga or the juice bike.
We also recommend setting aside time for short beach walks or a trip on the dike so that everyone can continue the program fresh.

Strandhotel Camperduin has 33 rooms, from single rooms to 6-bed apartments.
Guests can wake up to views of the dunes or the Wells bird sanctuary. Studios and family apartments can accommodate several people, while apartment de Waker is ideal for beach lovers with sea views.
We would be happy to help with a suitable room arrangement for your group, with room for up to 80 guests.
Start the day off right with our table-served breakfast. For a fresh start, participants can run on the beach or in the Schoorl dunes. Or even fresher: with a dip in the North Sea.

Staying at Camperduin is staying in nature. This is why sustainability is at the heart of our operations. In 2018, we received the Green Key Gold certification for our efforts to minimize our impact on the environment.
For example, we reduce food waste by serving our breakfast to order, use much of our own solar energy and choose sustainable toilet paper from The Good Roll.

Car
Camperduin may feel far away, but it is easily accessible from the north, middle and south of the country. Here are some reference points to determine the travel distance for your event:
Utrecht: 106 km
Amsterdam: 60 km
Rotterdam: 115 km
The Hague: 100 km
Parking
There is ample parking for overnight guests at the hotel, including two charging stations for electric cars.
Day guests of meetings can park at a discount on the large grounds of Camperduin, where there are 1,500 parking spaces.
This parking lot is a 2-minute walk from Struin and 4 minutes from Laguna Beach. Parking passes are available for. a reduced rate at €4.0 per day per car.
Public transportation
Despite its quiet location, the venue is easily accessible by public transportation. From Alkmaar train station the bus ride takes 20-25 minutes, with a stop 2 minutes' walk from the hotel and 4 minutes from Strandrestaurant Struin.

The Boys from Schoorl offer the perfect activity for every group. Go for an intense activity on the water or a relaxing ride on an electric scooter through the polder. Most activities cost €35 per person and start at the beautiful pavilion Laguna Beach (seen here in the photo by the lagoon).

Rent a mountain bike and explore Schoorl's challenging mountain bike course. The course is 14.3 km long and goes right through the dunes and forest.
Prices for bicycles are available through our front desk. Bicycles can be delivered to the hotel.
